Terms and Conditions
While every effort has been made to provide trouble free web services, with the complexity of internet systems and access, neither NMCP, Cirrillian nor their agents or representatives can accept any liability for failures in image uploading, missing entries or lost data.
Ownership
Provided adequate contact information is provided by a contestant, NMCP reserves the right to publicize winning images for the purposes of announcing winners in the media. By entering this contest, contestants give these permission to NMCP. Original image copyright remains with the contestant.
If adequate contact information is not provided, either a non-working phone number, a non-working email address or invalid mailing address, or the contestant is in any way out of reach through the judging period, NMCP is free to use any associated images as it sees fit.
